Our Katahdin sheep have strong maternal traits and the lambs are fast growing on grass alone. They are parasite resistant and require very low inputs. They lamb at grass year around, breed 3 times in two years, have excellent milking abilities that support fast lamb growth as well as provide an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing sheep dairying.
We raise commercial and registered Katahdin Hair Sheep.
We have incorporated four triplet rams purchased from Mark Dennis at Country Oak Ranch, with our foundation stock, to develop truly hearty, parasite resistant sheep that are grass fed, lamb unassisted and thrive without grain.
Our chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys are cage free and are found outdoors enjoying their free-range privileges on their private 5 acre parcel.
We breed Ameraucana Chickens, Silver Laced Seabrights and Gold Laced Seabrights.
